Ian McIntosh sent a telegram from Perth because he couldn’t be present for the wedding.
Story told my Maimie Prentice about the relationship between Prentice family and Macintosh family. She recalls being told that Ian McIntosh’s father and James Prentice (1880-1959) met in Maltby’s Hotel Shepparton, corner of High and Wyndham Street, and recognised each other as being cousins.
